I was referred to Gary Hall at Padula by another customer of Padulla. I was unhappy with our current insurance agent and wanted to change. The agency I had been using does not communicate, is difficult to deal with and rarely if ever calls to communicate anything. Excellent service from Gary Hall. I put out multiple bids for business insurance (BOP, WC, Auto), and Gary was the only one that was persistent and stuck it through. If he didn't know an answer, he researched to get one from an expert. He was very polite and patient. He stayed in touch with updates and was always very helpful.
