I have insured with them for 5+ years. I canceled my insurance and found a cheaper company 6 days after my policy renewed. After canceling I get a check for 21$. I paid 195 a month. So I wrote a letter and 4 weeks later I get a check for 22$. So I called to find out why. They told me because I didn't cancel when my policy was up, so I only get a small amount of my premium back.
