I’m not sure if anyone has had this issue but let me tell how this group of incompetent people screwed over my son. Like most, he pays for short and long term disability and the one time he tried to use this service Beacon fumbles the ball more than likely trying to save insurance some money. My son did the filing and doctor visits by the book so he and his family can afford to pay bills and groceries while being off work but unfortunately these clowns don’t care about that. Dr. Raines was excellent. Extremely attentive and explained everything to me in detail. Great experience.
Outsourcing the first person a potential patient talks to is a very poor business decision, especially in the medical field. Called to possibly get a second opinion on a torn UCL and to no fault of her own the only answer to questions I had was when an available appointment could be. Zero help, do better Beacon. I can only imagine what other corners are cut to save a dollar.
This place sucks!! They rather have you stay in pain then to help you.
