Literally given the run around all week. Over 20 minute wait time every call, pharmacy request left unanswered. 5 days later drive to office only to find doctor gone, not informed the patients. Save yourself a lot of frustration and wasted time. Going to Tri Health where they actually answer the phone !!!!!
I was new to this office and didn’t see any signs for Orthopedic Institute of Dayton. I thought I was at the wrong place. Dr. Paley and his staff were efficient! I was in and out in no time and he explained next steps in my care.
