Doctors are absolutely great to work with but that damn call center can shove it . My surgery went very well but the communication absolutely suck. Probably will never go there again . Why is it so hard to fax paperwork to your employer. Why are they giving me the run around .worst customer service ever .

They pressure you into using their Beacon people for imaging and then after paying for the imaging they hold your health records hostage and won’t tell you the results unless you pay them another $50 and set up another appointment that they will be late for and spend 5 minutes with you. They care more about money than helping people. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone. They was great up till it was time to schedule surgery going on day 4 of being told we will call you tomorrow easy part of it all sames to be the hardest for them but doctors are great schedule team not so much not sure i want them doing it if I can't ever get ahold of them and this is wilmington location

Showed up for my 11:40 appointment that I had been waiting for two months to get into and supposedly I canceled said appointment. No proof of cancellation and cannot give me number cancellation came from. Blonde at the front desk was very rude with no patient communication skills not even the basics with me and the lady checking in ahead of me. Don’t recommend

Absolutely a horrible experience. This clueless Dr. Vawter literally made my reruptured bicep tendon much worse from his terrible examination. He totally ripped even more muscle tissue when seeing him and now I way worse than before seeing him.
