Made an appointment online. There was never any mention of having to bring in any previous scans/X-rays to my appointment. When I arrive, I was told they needed that information and I waited while they tried to obtain them from the previous facility. Previous facility did not send over my scans, so then I was told I needed to reschedule, despite the fact that I have a new symptom that did not occur until 2 weeks after my last scan. I never thought this would be a necessary warning, but it is in this case: If they give you a recommendation to see a "doctor", double-check to make sure they are sending you to an actual M.D. Other than that, they were fine.
I went to see Dr. Goddard several weeks ago for achilles tendonopothy. She was great and helpful. She recommended 4 therapy sessions. After repeatedly calling, I was never able to get anyone to call me back to schedule. She also mentioned an MRI, which was never scheduled. Fortunately, it is getting much better. But I am totally disappointed in the communication from this facility.
Doctor is great but the staff is Horrible. Lady made up stuff about my diabetes pump & CGM and still hasnt responded to CMH about getting a CT scan! Go elsewhere.
