I went to the walk in clinic shortly after opening today. Amazing service from each and every team member from beginning to end. They addressed my issue immediately and gave options to resolve my problem. Cannot recommend them more highly!
Is this 2025? Imagine having to wait three weeks for a readout of an MRI that is digitally available immediately. No online "MyChart" or similar service. Then when I ask the doctor on the phone for such a reading, he says "well that's really not in front of me." Just poor health care. It's always in front of you - it's computerized! Last time in the office? 75 minute wait. Ridiculous. What has happened to this once great practice?
Not what I expected. Offered only one type of leg brace that covered my entire leg that would have prevented me from driving, etc. I declined to take the brace. I found out I didn't need the leg brace after all.
A waiting room full of people all 1-2 hours past their appointment time and still waiting. I've never seen an office quite so bad. Many of the patients are in varying levels of discomfort and are made to wait over an hour past their time. We waited 1 hour 45 minutes past our time when all was said and done, before being called back.
