Dr. McConnell is absolutely amazing! He has great beside manner, is very thorough, and we came up with a plan for next steps. I highly recommend seeing him at Beacon!
Scheduled surgery, never even got to meet with Dr., then when I call pre op Drs assistant with concerns, she never returned my call.
They will force you into surgery even though you specifically said that's not what you want and refuse to develope a plan that everyone agrees upon. They will make you feel like an inconvenience and make you feel less of yourself for having issues at a younger age. They are fine with making you wait a month for results and then do nothing to alleviate that pain. Absolutely ZERO empathy here.
Perfect timing, business courteous, doctor time, remedy for pain. Couldn't ask for better service.
