Would definitely recommend! They were amazing! This was our first experience going to their walk-in. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond because I was having an issue with our insurance. Dr. Grime was so good explaining the injury and answering all our questions. When I had to call back with our insurance information their billing department was amazing on the phone and answered all my questions. They were so very helpful!
The Beacon Orthopedic office at Arrow Springs is great. The office staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr McConnell was wonderful. He is very professional and kind. He did a thorough assessment and took his time explaining my condition and answering all my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any orthopedic problems someone may have!!!!
Best place for physical therapy. All who work there are very friendly and helpful. They are truly concerned with the well-being of patients and their physical rehabilitation.
As always, my experience at Beacon was top notch.
