Our little one was born with right sided torticollis which unfortunately caused plagiocephally. After months of physiotherapy we decided on going forward with a cranial helmet. Our experience with Jillian was fantastic. She is amazing with babies. She explains everything so thoroughly and is very patient. The helmet was not bulky and was so light. Worst customer service ever.You get better service at McDonald's. Wish I could give this place a negative review. Beware of this scam. The Orthotics that I received from these people made my foot way worse over a year worse than where I started with I would never recommend this place to anybody I had people from the hospital look at my orthotics that they made that Beacon Orthotics made and they said it wasn't worth the the powder to blow them to hell
Highly recommend Beacon Ortho for foot orthotics (and all other services they offer). David and Wayne continue to provide our 8 year old son with incredible service and therapeutic care with his custom Orothics.
