My dad suffered with a foot infection for almost two months through this hospice care. That foot infection lead to his demise. Had BOH got him to the hospital sooner he’d still be alive. His foot was so infected u could see his bones. His leg had to be amputated above the knee also. It’s clear he wasn’t being rotated or attended too. The nursing home is crap too but between the hospice and nursing home staff, no one thought to send him to the hospital until it was too late. It would be too graphic to add photos.
Amazing staff curiosity, helpful, at times beyond the can of duty. What's so amazing they call me and see how I'm doing. While taking care of my mom can't thank mm you enough you are aprishated
Keiara is a wonderful person who is always sweet and helpful. She always goes above and beyond for her patients and also to help out other staff members.
