Waited more than 50 minutes on a full bladder to do a urine test. That’s not realistic and not good customer service. I went to the front desk twice to let them know my urgency and both times told it would be soon or I was next.
Filing a lawsuit.
Warning to other collection sites! Beacon does not pay their bills. I have been trying to get invoices paid for several months on collections we did for them. Even after several calls and emails where they promised they would take care of them right away we are still waiting. I will not be doing any collections for them again.
Technicians and staff are always pleasant, but the WAIT is terrible and unreasonable. People can only hold their bladders so long (going on 45 min now with a not busy waiting room).
