My townhouse built 2022- I would NOT reccomend their townhome style homes. I have multiple cracks in my foundation especially in my garage above my master bedroom. Parking on these streets are horrific they don’t make the driveway long enough.They can only fit one car this has caused an eye sore in front of my home neighbors have been parking their cars on a vacant patch of grass making my block look like a salvaged car lot. I live in a new Beacon neighborhood in Pooler Georgia & just witnessed a Beacon contractor sit outside of a home a repeatedly honk the horn in an apparent attempt to get the homeowner's attention. This continued for multiple minutes. The contractor would honk the horn for about 45 seconds, then take a break & begin honking again in a different pattern. Why he did not get out of the car & use his legs to walk up the very short driveway to the front door is beyond me. He did not stop until I knocked on my upstairs window & scr... read more

I encountered a purchaser of a Beacon New Home ( purchased approx. 4 yrs ago) where I was the superintendent of the project (now my former employer). While he and his wife were very nice to me, they expressed their disappointment with their home. Not just to me, but various sales staff and customers in the Rincon Ace Hardware. Complaints seemed to be on their septic system and electrical system, and the office management not responding to their concerns.
