We have been going there for years, great staff!!
Dr Russo is by far the most down to earth doctor around. My visits don’t seem like I’m going to a doctors. It’s like I’m going to talk and vent out my problems lol with a friend. I don’t know what we will do as a family when she retires. My parents, husband, kids, and brother all see her.
Doctor Miller is the best!! He has been treating my son for years, back when his office was between Elkhart and Goshen. I don't understand why anyone would give him a bad review. He has treated him for medical reasons and emotional issues. He has always took the time no matter how much time it was to address his issues. He answers all your questions and then double checks to make sure you don't have anymore concerns. Great personality and he really does care about you. I highly recommend him.
Dr Russo and Reba NP are great. Lana and Christine NPs are very unprofessional and are more interested in ordering unnecessary test and writing inappropriate things in your files. Very thin skinned if you ask any questions and will have you band from returning with a certified letter with no explanation
I know leaving this review won’t really matter but I’m hoping it’ll save someone’s life. I DO NOT recommend Doctor Eric Miller at all, and in fact he should not have this job. He knows nothing about anything and I nearly lost my life because of it. To sum things up, he was my family doctor and therefore I visited him because I was experiencing abdominal pain, bloating, etc. He told me he’s not sure what’s going on and that I should just take ibuprofen when I feel pain..... really?!
