Was very happy with her at first. After covid hit and I opted out of the vaccine she really didn't care about me. I had a veryild case of covid and needed a release to go back to work. Person on phone said she needs to see you first. I said ok. He put me on hold came back and said she doesn't need to see you and was rude about it. She's compassionate until you don't do what she wants Then she doesn't care.
Made an appointment to see Dr. Lera online. I got called that same day and was told that she only sees a certain amount of new patients in a day and that they would need to reschedule. While I was on the phone with them, I asked if everything will be okay with my Medicaid insurance. I was reassured that everything looked fine and that we would be all set.
