Horrible follow up and they often don't give correct information.
Can you guys please get it together? Working with them feels like I'm on parole, and they are my parole officers. They have technology and internal systems that seem 40 years out of date. Nobody knows how to use the computer system, to a terrifying extent. Need labs sent?.....oh well! Need a change in your meds? Well perhaps they will get it right the 5th time. Only about 1/3 of the staff makes an attempt to listen.
I suffered 2 days in my bed before I had an emergency trip to this place. I wasn't given my original doctor, i was given Kaitlin VANDERFOLK. This was my first pregnancy, I was having twin boys, I was 4 months pregnant. I rushed to this place for help because i was experiencing severe cramps and when doctor VANDERFOLK assisted me on this visit she made it very uncomfortable for me.
