I have been a patient of Beacon Medical for a long time, Beacon are always asking of ways that they can improve their service, they have. I am more than happy with my treatment, also with the friendly staff/ nurses also, reception are ALWAYS helpful .THANK YOU BEACON MEDICAL. I RECOMEND YOU 10 STARS.
Spoke to zoe on reception this morning and she was incredibly helpful. She helped me to sort out my mums prescription and put my mind at ease. Lovely lady.
Ignore all the entitled boomers complaining in the reviews, usually the things they complain about are completely out of the practices control. They want to vent their childish anger at the staff, who work way too hard to be vilified by such pathetic people. I recently had the need to use the Practice and have nothing but praise for everyone who I came into contact there. Doctor Nayyar was outstanding with his care and communication with me. The Nurses, Receptionists and Secretary’ couldn’t have been more helpful.
