They do excellent work with reasonable prices. I recommend checking them out for all your marine repairs and upgrades
Terrible customer service. I bought an engine from them and should have received a $250 dealer credit thru a promotion from Yamaha. Jim agreed to issue a credit yet refuses to return phone calls and texts. Needless to say - still no credit. No one else at this location can help resolve this issue.
James Matson at Boat House h2o was fantastic. I needed a new engine on a budget for my sailboat. Not an easy order to fill but they convinced me after going into the nitty-gritty details that Yamaha was the way to go. After speaking with several other vendors I decided to go with Beacon Marine.
