Not a good experience… I had them install a motor I purchased and do the lower unit on it. When I got it to the lake I got a high temp alarm. After calling them about it and asking simple questions to see if they could help troubleshoot the issue they said they could go back and ask the mechanic but would be at a cost. They also indicated that they could send a tech to the lake but that would cost a surcharge plus an hourly rate. Would not recommend… poor customer service
My brother had his boat winterized here. He picks up the boat and it has mold on the seats and the battery is missing… that’s some low class stuff they said “too bad” and won’t make it right. Reporting to BBB this shady business
Sucks, friend had his boat wrapped for the winter and went to pick it up and unwrapped it. It has mold, red stains all over the back end, the battery was pulled. He was told “oh well, too bad”. I will be telling everyone I know not to go here. The guy he talked to was very rude and very unprofessional!
Couldn't give these guys a low enough rating. Spent $1100 winterizing my boat and having them fix 2 pieces of trim. Battery is missing and mold all over interior
