Office overworks every single one of their therapists. They're poor at communicating important matters with not only the patient but between each other as well. They're the reason I ended up losing my job because they decided, without telling me, they would not fill out the clarifying, additional accommodation paperwork they'd been helping me with for months which caused the necessary needs to not go through and my job fired me because of it. Place is a joke, and knowingly disregard the law! And own policies, won't say names but worker knowingly lied on a government form, video was provided and semi handled. Then recently community worker lied that I wouldn't sign a form, she left out the important part when I asked if we could work on something that the treatment plan said they will do during our appointments, she didn't want to and gave a lot of unprofessional attitude simply because i asked,, she knew appointments are recorded, she made a claim that it's not h... read more
