Not a fan of a company that doesn't listen to you or take time to even ask what your problem is...
No show twice. Bad customer service.
Very Rude and Nasty person that spoke to me when trying to find out some information- DONT USE.
First of all - the good news . They came out quickly. Now for the bad stuff. Beacon Hill did not come out. They sent another company - Prostar. The plumber quoted $289 just to cap a line and charged us $389 - on top of the service charge of $70! No seniors' discount! We will NOT use them again.
