A big thanks to Curtis for being there with us every step of the way. I don’t think there’s a more passionate, understanding, and supportive sales counselor out there. We came back at least 4 times before we were ready to sit down and get the ball rolling.He wasn’t just about making a sale. He always gave us his attention and didn’t seemed bothered by the amount of questions we had. I can’t say enough about how lucky we were to have him, especially as first time home buyers.
Was in the process of buying/building a home and had a horrible experience with Susan. We came last Saturday with a check to put down our earnest money but because of her poor communication skills and contradicting statements, we had to walk away. If you are thinking about buying or building I recommend you use Curt! He is very informative and has clear communication!
So I had my house built by them and I currently own it. They are building a house next to mine now. They have broken my sprinklers and also stolen my trash can while they are constructing this new house. I messaged Paloma and my realtor she stated she was sorry for the inconvenience and then I would send a message later still no repair still no trash can and she would just ghost me and never reply.
