Terrible practise, if your healthy for longer than 2 and a half years they drop you as a patient. They won't even tell you then when you call them not knowing you've been let go they wil tell you that they are busy and that they will call you back the next day and never call you. When you call to find out why they'll put you on hold for 10 minutes, come back answering as if she's just answering your call "hello beacon hill, how can I help you?" then put you back on hold for another 10 minutes hoping you hang up. Beacon hill family practice receptionists are so wonderful, they are patient and very professional. Always willing to help.
What is going on? I can’t even get a hold of reception to book an appointment and there’s no other way to contact them. They cancelled the online DIY booking and I’m currently on the phone and have been on hold for 20 minutes :| not even to try to speak with a dr yet just to book a phone appointment like why aren’t you answering the phones an office cannot be that busy that you have patients on hold for over 20 minutes for a two minute dialogue/request. The worst family doctor. No matter what you told him he always say the time will Heal and we don’t have nothing. I request blood test and he say no needed to look ok.
