I had an excellent experience with the team here. They gave me a quote quickly, walked me through the insurance process and were able to work within my specific work schedule for the repair. My car looked brand new when I received it back on the outside and inside. Super happy with the service and results.
Beacon Hill Collision did an amazing job on my car! I had some paint damage to it and the team did a fantastic and timely job in fixing my car. They were super helpful and I could not recommend them more!
Uncaring,too busy to care about every customers. Don't return phone calls. Don't respect appointments. Terrible customer service. Over priced for cheap low quality poor job.
They charged me $750 to remove my fender and replace the control arm only to do it incorrectly and damaged my axel and bearing. They also put my tire back on so haphazardly I had to drive 3 miles at 10 mph to get my mechanic safely.
After some minor damage to a side mirror, Beacon Hill Collision Services gave me the best estimate for a repair. They were the only ones that did not think the mirror needed to be replaced. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the repair, but in even less time and labor than they quoted. Thank you for your help!
