I would highly recommend working with BHSG. I first worked with Nellie, who got me an amazing interview and was super helpful with resume editing and interview prep. Nellie was awesome but unfortunately was moving locations shortly after I got hired for the role she found for me. Before she left, she did a great job setting me up with my new BH contact, Emily. Initially had a good intro conversation with a recruiter about a potential role. After further considering the compensation (it would hardly be a raise from what I currently earn and I'd have to factor in commuting costs), I decided to withdraw my candidacy and informed the recruiter before an interview was scheduled.
