I had the surprise pleasure of stopping in after seeing their sign in front of Deluca’s on Charles St today! Matthew, the owner and baker, shared his knowledge and passion for his craft. I brought home about one of each to try with my mother-in-law who has Polish heritage. They are perfection! You can taste the skill and care put into them. Each bite is a delight and all are quite different from each other.
