I have lived here for 6 months and have had nothing but issues. Management is horrible to big of complex and not enough workers. I lived in bld 7 apt 309 and everthing leaks faucet bathtub windows. These places need serious updates and are not worth what they are charging. Management in front office appear to be friendly at first once they make a deal they are instantly uncaring and rude. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!!!

Speaking in terms of environment, Beacon Hill is a very nice place to live. It's a large complex that is located to grocery stores and alot of shopping. The maintenance service was prompt and thorough. This apartment checks all of my boxes for a pleasant living experience. The only thing is the price was about $50 higher than my last apartment, but my last place didnt have a tennis court or pool. So I guess its worth it.

I am happy living here. My apartment is a good size and I am right across the street from school.

Good place to live. Going on 2 years. They only thing is you have to pay your rent on time. Last month I was late because I forgot to drop it off and got charged a late fee. Its really my fault, Im sure if I put up a stink I could have had them not charge me the late fee.

For almost two years I was searching around for a place to call home. On my way to an appointment I ended up driving by Beacon Hill. I decided to take a chance and go in to the main office and the rest is history. That was over a year ago. I have had no problems with my neighbors and I enjoy the quiet surroundings. Another positive is the proximity – it is close to two shopping centers and just minutes from downtown Rochester.

Ive lived here for almost 3 years now. I like it because its right next door to OU. The staff is good, called them a few times for small things and they usually complete them within the day. There was one time when I had to wait a week because a part needed to be ordered but they communicated the situation kindly and thoroughly.

I would like to share my living experience here. Overall it has been pleasant. The apt is a good size, I hardly ever hear a sound from my surrounding neighbors, besides last month when they had a birthday party (which is understanding). I have been able to clearly see an upkeeps being done on outside and inside of the buildings. I have not had any maintenance issues, so I cant comment on that. Any common areas in and around the complex are nicely maintained. The gym is really cool, It saves me almost $80 a month, there is a ... read more

I lived in Beacon Hill this past year and only left when my job required a move out of state. I will soon be returning to the Rochester area and I am definitely going to be checking for availability here! It was absolutely wonderful living there. It has a charming outdoorsy, woodsy feel to it as it is surrounded by trees and I loved the view from my apartment. The grounds are always maintained, and the management is good. They were always kind and handled matters as if they were their own that they were tending to. It seems ... read more

The apartment itself was spacious and reasonably priced but the staff and their lack of urgency in requests was embarrassing. Kelly, who handles finances, is the biggest b**** and is worthless. A rock is more useful and personable. Jim and Scott, who handle the leasing, are nice enough but are hard to get a hold of and extremely slow in responding to your requests. I would only recommend this apartment if you are desperate and want to be close to the always amazing Red Ox.
