I would love to say they are a very professional office staff. Answered so many questions very professional. Nice pool area always clear and no garbage around the area. Very spacious apartments and maintenance were always there when they said they would be!! The best part was the office staff made it homey with all the decoration. That was super nice touch!! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.
I have lived in Beacon for the last 6 years and I can honestly say this is a great place to live. It’s truly become home and I appreciate the community the maintenance and office staff strive to create. Whenever I have an issue in my apartment the maintenance staff are always prompt, respectful, kind, and timely when making repairs. Jessie, Andy, Tony, and Val are an absolute delight! I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and absolutely love it. I’ve never had any issues, and maintenance is always incredibly fast and reliable every single time I need them. The front desk associates/ leasing agents are also always incredibly friendly and helpful. I put a request in last night to fix my toilet, came home and it’s already done. The community is also pet friendly, which has been amazing for me and my pets… they love it here too! Very family friendly as well. Nice apartments and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed staying here for the past two years. Very pleasant interactions with the staff and residents. Kudos to Ali at the front desk who is always friendly and helpful. Big thanks to the maintenance team, especially John A and Jason P for their professional and timely repairs.
