Every recruiter that I've spoken with here has ghosted me, and has provided no value to my employment search. Their CRM system must not allow for notes to be saved, because they ask me the same questions in repetition when they call, almost as if my responses are not being recorded. And then....they never reply back about role statuses, leaving the candidate in the dark.
Disappointing agency. How can anyone take them seriously when their forms have misspellings? And, and colleagues in their forms were spelled wrong. Owners look for correctiveness, and attentiveness, and then you want to represent me with my resume trying to get me a job?
