Have the pleasure of dealing with them on a business to business contract within the company. The steps they took to take care of a bereaved partner was incredible. I'm pretty sure Richard Branson said something along the lines of if you take care of your employees, they will take care of the customer. And I 100% believe they run this company the same way. While working with Beacon Hill Staffing Group on an assignment at Charter Communications, I was placed in a very difficult and emotionally distressing work environment. From the start of the assignment, I experienced harsh and demeaning treatment from the reporting manager at Charter.
