Do not go here! This facility has many issues but the worst is having a doctor that puts down a diagnosis in the record that was never brought up during the visit. Brought my baby in for a doctor recommended well check up only for it to be categorized as a sick visit with my insurance company and upon calling in I learned that the doctor put down a diagnosis behind my back that was never brought up with me. Ok , first off I must say I don't mind dr jones , she's okay. But in no way take your child to see Dr Elaine hatch. She is a horrible rude doctor. She puts you down as a parent , and acts like you are stupid. She is just rude and doesn't care about the condition of your child's illness. They have an after care number to call and they have one of the doctors on call , well my daughter was sick during the evening so I called the after hours number , and dr hatch was on call. Dr. Burton and Dr. Slack are excellent pediatricians. My children feel very comfortable with them and I have observed them with children of all ages. I always recommend them to anyone who asks. The nurses and office staff are also fine people. If you want a kind, caring group of doctors who will get to know your child as an individual, then this is the place to go.

DR. HATCH WAS MY DOCTOR AS A CHILD AND NOW THAT I'M GROWN AND HAVE A SON OF MY OWN, SHE IS THE ONLY DOCTOR I TRUST WITH HIM. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE SEEKING A PEDIATRIC DOCTOR IN THE SIGNAL MOUNTAIN AREA.
