I have to say that over the last week, i have had a chance to get to know a few of the customer service representatives. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, if they dont lnow the answer they find someone who does. The woman i talked to over the last two days regarding getting me into a detox / inpatient program is just amazing and has really made a difference in how i view medicade insurance. Thank you ladies! You deserve more than a five star rating. You showed me that total strangers do care.
