great place to end your life
Never received referrals from Beacon after following with them for the second time. On hold with Kaiser now to report the lack of follow through and follow up. The only way I was able to receive assistance was because I know ppl within Kaiser who helped me navigate the system. I do not recommend this service provider.
Customer service is rude. They act like you are bothering them. Hung up on me. Rude every time I call. Providers are impossible to get an appt with. Went through several lists without finding a counselor. They were sending lists of providers that were an hour or more away. I wouldn’t think Kaiser would ever be affiliated with a company this unprofessional. I was finally able to find a counselor because I left a message begging him to see us. Just sad.
been months and still can’t get an appointment bc nobody has sent my paperwork. need to call multiple times to actually get something done, and the people on the phone are the worst and rudest people i’ve ever experienced. i 10000% need therapy after dealing with them.
