Ladies this is a hidden gem. I was pleasantly surprised. Gym facilities were lovely. Therapy pool,whirlpool hot tub, and sauna were amazing.
Clean, friendly, has a pool, 5’ deep, a therapy pool 4” deep, hot tub, dry sauna, big individual showers and dressing area.
Great workout facilities with parking garage.
The staff are generally friendly, but I think they face an uphill battle with proper resource management. While Beacon left them with a mess to fix, things seem to break or be stolen by members at a faster rate than they are fixed. Major reason for the negative review is is I got an electric zap from a box fan that was on the ground next to the hot tub when touching it to change fan speed. They use the therapy pool for kids. I saw life guard stopping parents and a kid to play roughly in there before, which was good. But the Y's employee uses the TP for kids group play. Not safe. I guess the manager allows her to do that? Weird.
