Contacted Beacon garage with an urgent requirement for a non-working wiper. Spoke to John who advised on the correct part to order on ebay. This arrived the next day and John fitted it two hours later for a very reasonable price. Very happy and know where to go to next time.
Great service, our car came up with a warning light so we took it to the main dealer in the area who said they didn’t have capacity to book us in. They directed us to another national company who also couldn’t help but directed us to John at Beacon garage. He was amazing, he said he would do a diagnostic test and let us know if the car was drivable. He did it within an hour. Amazing service!
Don't normally leave reviews but this garage was fantastic with me and the family went above and beyond to fit us in for a cambelt water pump all staff were extremely friendly and helpful and even made me a free coffee while we waited will definitely be returning for a future MOT and service fantastic John was very helpful and friendly and gave me solid advice on future repairs if I could give more stars I would and although I live on Anglesey I will be making the trip out there for all my repairs and MOT 100%thank you guys
Pathetic couldn't be bothered to come out of the office and just ignored by staff If your not a local just stay away
Went here to get an exhaust pipe on my Corsa replaced, car runs better now than when I bought it - brilliant service and friendly staff
