Do not think Anthony was here, and wI cannot remember the tech's name, but he could not have been any more thorough, polite, or professional. Ten stars instead of five! He is a true professional, explaining in detail what had happened, and what he was doing to correct it. Peace of mind to the max.
I had an 8am call to Beacon Alarm for an issue that I created! Beacon was able to send Anthony out at the end of the same day. He arrived on time, very courteous and professional. Repaired our Alarm System, then updated the system and made sure we understood the system and any updates. Great service!
