Very informative, prompt response and follow up.
Chris came out to my home and was professional and very informative. He explained a lot of issues that we would be having if we conducted the project that we were thinking of. He took the time to explain why it would not work with our current electrical set up and explained what needed to be done to correct the issues. He did not pressure us to do a big-ticket repair and explained that he would be available once we had our finances figured out.
