I am so disappointed with this practice. MY first experience was overwhelmingly positive with a truly heartwarming orientation and welcome. It's been downhill since, with poor communication being at the heart of the matter. The straw was last week when I called in pain during business hours, left a message, and never heard back. I think I called the next day too and same thing. I thought maybe there was a crisis. When I called today the receptionist blamed AI and said this sometimes happens. Not ok.
Beacon Dental is a very clean and up-to-date facility. The staff are amazing. Just had my cleaning done and my dental hygienist Cuthbert Joseph, did an amazing job. 🤗🤗
I genuinely had one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly, the environment was calm and clean, and I never once felt rushed or overlooked. Best Dental care I've ever gotten is at Beacon Dental group, I had a cleaning done and OMG my teeth feel so clean, that experience I had i would recommend anybody to visit there you won't regret it. And that was my first time and it won't be my last. Thank you, thank you thank you.
