Beacon Construction has been my go to contractors on Sanibel for almost 2 years now. Excellent, it is a company very dedicated to work
Hired me for a job. I completed the job and they just starting ignoring me. I only got the deposit and i'm at a loss of money.
Be VERY careful with these people. Mike Conville (the owner) is a scam artist. I know many customers who paid Beacon and Beacon did not pay their subs...and the subs then put liens on the customer's properties so the customers had to double pay to get the liens removed. Conville also created fake billings for work never done to deceive the customers into paying more money that would end up with him.
