Where do I begin? My son was diagnosed with Glioblastoma in December of 2025. Dr Bartels told me “I’ll be his quarterback”, and he definitely was. They took him in and loved and cared for him like he was their own family. Where do you find that sort of compassion now a days? BEACON! We felt with Beacon we gave my son the best care and treatment, and hope. Grateful doesn’t begin to describe our feelings for the Beacon Team. We thank God everyday that we were on this journey with them.
Wish I could rate this zero stars. I wanted this to be a good fit but I never heard back from a scheduler for an appointment after 6 calls in 2 months. The wheels definitely fell off and a terrible patient experience.
Definitely the best doctor's office I've ever been to. Usually you get an awesome staff but a so-so doc or vice versa. Dr Denning actually seems to really care, and the entire staff was simply awesome!
I can't get in to see a rheumatologist without a diagnosis and referral from another physician. The last time I had any rheumatology diagnosis was 30 years ago and I suspect it might not have been accurate, but maybe it was and who knows if they even have those records anymore, it was 30 years ago! The point of going to a rheumatologist is to get an accurate diagnosis and correct treatment.
