I've had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor with Dr Dinnings office. Throughout the last year, I had so many issues with the office just getting an invoice with a breakdown of my cost. I had many many conversations with many staff there about how to submit information to an outside store to help me get money back for my medication. Beacon Clinic has an amazing team that truly goes above and beyond for their patients. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and cared for. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to take the time to make sure you’re comfortable. It’s rare these days to find a place with such a positive and compassionate atmosphere. Excellent experience all around!
They care for the patients and always have a smile on their face
Instead of helping me in any way possible, they fired me as a patient.. I don't know if I blame them, I did refuse services in which way was paying for that I didn't need to have. I did request information and was blown off by the billing department four different times. They did call to check and see that they had the incorrect mailing address for me the entire time.
