I took two browning (expensive) sleeping bags to beacon.and they caused irrepairable damage to the bags by letting a Velcro strap hang loose and tore up the fabric.they would not take any responsibility for the damage.said it was the manufacturers problem.beacon cleaners suck. I would not let them clean my dog kennel pads. so a WARNING to others if youre property is damaged.they are not customer friendly and could care less.if you have had a similar experience please join me in reporting to the better business bureau paul Tr... read more

Horrible Service – Frustrated beyond belief I had Beacon clean a new pair of slacks - only worn once with a small spot on the front. They were a brushed material. When I picked them up, I was surprised that the one spot had now turned into many. They had applied a solution which spotted the material even more and what was once a brushed material, was now flat. Bad Service – I have been bringing my laundry and dry cleaning to Beacon Cleaners since August 2009. I have been happy and satisfied with the service provided until approximately a month ago. Since that time I have been receiving my laundered men’s dress shirts back with wrinkles along the front. It was obviously substandard work but the clerk tried to explain it away as how the shirt folds/hangs. I asked to have the shirts redone. Value – I think Beacon Cleaners overcharges. I had 8 items cleaned for $50. The location is excellent but the prices are way too high. I do not recommend using their service unless you are in a crunch and don't care how much it costs.
