Avoid This Practice at All Costs – Utterly Incompetent and Frustrating This has to be one of the worst doctors' surgeries I've ever dealt with. I was taken to the Beacon after a referral by a Dr. It was clear that the Dr hadn't read the notes, because of other complications. The physio, at least took her time, asked questions and listened to the answer. She referred me to the right department's. It's been eighteen months of pain, but at least we're getting somewhere.
