Called to make 1st appointment which was a struggle in itself. Connected with receptionist Michelle with herkimer office. Was told she didn't have time to make an appointment for me she was too busy. Great 1st impression. If you don't like your job or it's too overwhelming go find another job. Your personality and telephone etiquette needs major improvement.
Whoever they have answering phones over there needs a new career choice. The lady is rude to no end and in a hurry to get off the phone. Is this not a place where people go for mental health? So let’s treat people like crap cause that makes any sense.
Beacon center is a center where u can go threw 10 consecutive counselors and have too keep trying not too have total melt down and they also send people out with a 14 day scrip and don’t fill it till up till twenty days later one kid I know is now dead he couldn’t get his meds and overdosed all cause beacon center is always rite
Place is terrible one something happens with there test the just juge you something not even there for instead of seeing All tested before and after then they choose to keep your property when staying at there nasty dirty Nicholas house. Like clean that filthy house your selfs before having patents so it like Wow. They don't help!
