This is a poorly managed agency that treats their employees terrible. A lot of micro management by a very unstable woman. She has the owner convinced that she is a good leader. She fires people for any little thing she doesn't like. Then tells the owner over the phone that maybe she is just a little hard. Only a LMSW, limited scope to practice as a license social worker.
