Beacon Building Services have had the contract for the restoration of my home for well over 2 months after a hot water hose ruptured while I was interstate on holidays. Due to having instantaneous hot water running for up to 10 days, once detected there was 6-8cm of hot water inside and mould everywhere. This guy abuses women on site. He abused my neighbour when she had reserved a spot for her removal truck so she could move house. This guy tried to attack her so he could park his van in her spot. it's all in film. Avoid at all costs!

If I got allocated this builder for insurance works, I would go for a cash settlement instead. Slow, poor communication, bad all round. 6 months later, and the site supervisor finally came to see the house, he said the Scope of Works, which was completed by their own builder, and took 3 months to get correct, was wrong. No accountability.
