I have to be honest, I did not get off to a good start with Beacon and dealing with the female supervisor appointed was a disastrous situation. Then after approaching management and being assigned a new team, all I can say is what a turnaround! My home interior was gutted due to flooding. My team made up of Jeremy, Trevor and Nolan turned everything around and I finally felt excited about the upcoming work. Communication was great and they handled everything with respect. Once job had re-started everything went exceptionally great, bathroom and real treat 👌
They did take a while to come and inspect the damage but when they did arrive they operated professionally and efficiently and completed the work quickly. No issues.
Beacon Building Services have had the contract for the restoration of my home for well over 2 months after a hot water hose ruptured while I was interstate on holidays. Due to having instantaneous hot water running for up to 10 days, once detected there was 6-8cm of hot water inside and mould everywhere. Industrial driers were installed from the very start and only removed after 3.5 months. As electricity was not covered by insurance, I was left with 1000,s of dollars in bills.
