the team at beacon is respectful, conscientious and great at quick responses. i am lucky to work with kathleen byrne as she has followed me from the very beginning and is always only a call away. i feel as if she genuinely cares about my progress as a patient and an individual. she is patient, kind and thoughtful and i couldn’t imagine seeing someone else for my care. it has been 5 years and i will continue to see her as long as she is in practice.
I have been working with Katie for over 7 years and I can't say enough good things about her. She is compassionate, honest, and truly cares for all clients.
Love this practice, we've had some urgent needs lately and having someone who is always available, takes the time to listen and a wealth of information is extremely valuable. We've been seeing Katie and Pam for a few years now and anytime I need help, an appointment or prescription renewal I can message them using the Spruce App, it's very easy to use and I receive a timely response. Would be lost without this practice, thank you Katie and Pam.
