Favio and Moe helped me complete a pre purchase inspection and gave really candid, honest and helpful advice. Both of them offered to continue helping me even after the service was complete (it was probably obvious I know nothing about cars) and Favio has since helped me multiple times to screen car sale posts for quality. These guys are awesome and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Moe came to jump my car after it randomly stopped working one morning. Turns out I needed a battery replacement and he was able to do it right there and went above and beyond and got my car a diagnostic as well. Very happy.
I took my Infiniti to Beacon Auto because it was overheating. I always dread going to auto shops by myself because I don't know much about cars. My 2014 Volvo started misfiring while driving on the 101 during a recent Saturday afternoon. With the Check Engine light flashing, I decided to play it safe and brought it to a nearby shop. Mazda CX30 with dead battery in Burlingame, CA. Mo / Hisham drove over to my car to replace battery. They came over within 25 minutes and the battery was replaced within 10-15 mins of arrival. Very speedy.
