I'd been experiencing severe low back and hip pain for several months and was able to take Laura's "Working From Home With Less Pain" course; I also had a self-care consultation with her. In the consult, she gave me plenty of customized suggestions that proved to be very helpful. Laura is amazing! I was hesitant to try yoga because I had major ankle surgery just 3 years ago and the joint can still be painful. However, once Laura found out she Immediately started looking into ways to adapt poses to take the strain off my injury. Her yoga classes are inclusive, friendly, and most of all, adaptive to her students’ needs.
Highly recommend. Laura has helped relieve complex pain issues I've experienced including sciatica and arthritis through acupuncture and taught me how to stretch joints using yoga for long term relief. She has worked minor miracles for me.
