When Dr Gillespie lost his dental license for malpractice and was in the middle of my $50k treatment plan, I was assured that the new business would finish the job. They saw me a few times (3) although I had to drive to Pawleys Island. Then they opened Mt Pleasant again. There wasn’t a dr but they did my cleaning and scheduled a follow up. Impossible to reach anyone to get my husband in for an appt. He needs implants tightened. Lulu was always so helpful. Cant get a return call, tried going to clinic, wasn't open on hours stated on the door. Hopefully someone will reach out to us.
At the time I thought I was getting a bargain. People were nice. Dr Gillespie was the salesman but did not do the implants. The guy who did the implants was rude. They mislead me. Did not tell me I was getting temporary implants. A year later having issues and may have to get 2 replaced. Not happy with them. Just found out the practice changed hands. Hummmm
Are these guys even still open? I had to switch dentist because my appointments keep getting cancelled and no one answers or is at the office, which I have made multiple trips to "stop in".
I made an appointment for Dr. Gillespie at 10am. No one told me he longer works there. I was surprised when I showed up for my appointment and the name had changed on the front door. Anyways, I go in at 9:45 and there's one patient already in the back. After a few minutes the nurse comes out and ask me to fill out some paperwork. I did and returned it.
