My husband and I hired Beachy Construction to build a dental practice building in Homer. This was a long and somewhat complicated project and the Beachy team handled it with absolute professionalism and local know-how. They were on time, on budget, and made the whole process seamless. I dreamed of home ownership in Homer, but all the places on the market were out of reach for my budget or not worth the price per square foot. After seeing several houses for sale around Homer that advertised "Beachy built" we assumed that there must be something special about Beachy... and there is! This is the first time we've built a house and the folks at Beachy were very accommodating and understanding. We had our home built by Beachy Construction in 2021, at the height of the Covid pandemic, the worst possible time. Sheldon, Kathy, Ken, Matt, and Jordan were all so excellent to work with in such difficult times, and our home was finished despite all the obstacles. We love our home, the construction, finishes, and craftsmanship are all superb and we could not be happier.
