Absolutely amazing. Perfect location, clean beach fromt access. Definitely a older crowd for the most part so it is queit which is not a bid deal at 33. Nicely laid out condos decent parking with good guest room. Heated pool and hot tub. Only issue is the gate sometimes glitches when putting in the code, so you either have to call up to where you're staying or run up and grab the gate clicker.
