I came here to get my car checked out. They said they’re was issues with my car such as electric power steering I drive a 2007 Mazda so unless my car went to the future in 2007 and came back it’s physically impossible. I had gone underneath my car before i went to see what it looked like. They tried to tell me I have holes on the underbody. They we’re trying to tell me if they could take my plates off they would. What a joke of a place dont ever come here.
I have visited 3 times over the past year. Each time exceptional service. Shawn at the front desk was very knowledgeable, personable and accommodating getting me appointments quickly and the job was done right. Rates are very competitive and I would return without question. Great job to everyone there at Beachwood service centre thanks for all your help. Also got to store my winter tires there this past summer.

All the mechanics are helpful and take the time to address any concerns. Hard to find such service. Their prices are reasonable. Thank you Sean for helping me plan maintenance for my car.
