If I could give Phil and his team a 10 star I would. He was very diligent with completing our renovation timeline. He communicated very well and the craftsmanship was outstanding. This is a vacation property that we use as well as rent out to vacation renters. We have had some long time renters as well as some new one's and the positive feedback has been tremendous. Nice guy Dean, but failed to respond to snagging issues. Plumbing was frankly terrible. Cost me hundreds of pounds to make good his mistakes (leaks).
