I showed up willing to do my work, and Lynne, Keli, and the horses helped me heal in the most powerful and profound way. Integrative Equine Therapy is very different from riding or caring for horses - it creates neural pathways that help process and heal from trauma, if you are ready to heal. Powerful and effective and about 1/3 the cost and time of traditional talk therapy. Love Beachwood, its values, how the horses are cared for, and who Beachwood helps.
I did an intensive at Beachwood and it was transformational for me. I’m so grateful for the healing I experienced (and continue to experience). Such a gift. I can’t recommend Lynne and Beachwood highly enough!
As a woman in her 50's, I've had my fair share of many trials and traumas. I've tried traditional therapy to help ease the anxieties, fears, and stresses that they caused.
